AN: Merry Christmas! I know that I am posting this the day after Christmas but I wasn't able to find time to post it until now.
Claire opened the door to her small, but comfortable apartment and began to remove her coat and winter gear. She had spent all of Christmas Eve with her brother Chris and her friend Leon and was extremely tired. She began to make her way to her bedroom when something on her couch that caught her attention. It was a small present wrapped in brown paper. Curious, Claire walked over to the package. Taped to the side was a piece of paper that read:
To: Claire Redfield
From:
Claire's heart skipped a beat.
Your Knight in Shining Armour
It couldn't be possible. Claire clearly remembered what had happened fifteen years ago. Steve was dead. Claire's hands began to slightly shake as she opened the present. It was The Odyssey and another piece of paper.

Claire looked down at her watch. There was only one more minute before midnight. Claire searched the crowd that had formed in front of the gigantic tree in the middle of the square again and didn't see him. She checked her watch again. It was midnight.
Claire was about to head back to her apartment when she suddenly felt someone tap her shoulder. She turned around to find him. He was a little taller than before but besides that he was the same Steve. Tears of joy welled up in Claire's eyes as she pulled him into a hug.
"Merry Christmas, Claire."
