It was kind of funny, Banner realized, as the mismatched band of heroes sat in the shawarma joint. Loki had been right of course; humans were lesser beings, in the big picture, but really they were underestimated. A lot like the Hulk really, Banner was always conscious of what the Hulk had done when he became… himself again, but he had underestimated his untamed half. So had everyone else- except for Stark, maybe, but Stark was crazy. Banner smiled to himself, amused at how perceptive- and witty- the Other Guy could be. Maybe just because you're a uncontainable, sickly green gargantuan mass of anger doesn't mean you're dumb- just blunt.
