I have looking for a iCarly fanfiction. I have googled what I remember about this fic but have not been able to find it. I will take down this post in a few days.

Carly has moved to Yakim with her grandfather and misses Sam and is sad.
Her grandmother notices and secretly plans to reunite the two behind her husband's back.
During the reuniting some family secrets about the Shay's comes to light. There are flash backs to Carly's great aunt and Sam's great aunt as kids and falling in love and but are eventually separated
Carly's grandfather finds out what his wife planned and comes to stop it
Sam and Carly eventually get together
