How pathetic could I possibly get! I absolutely despised humans and the way they automatically decided that they could control the world with no consequences or even anything else inhabiting this planet questioning them. They were conceited, arrogant, rude, and I wanted to beat some sense into this developing species. The only reason I hadn't done this is because I no longer had the bed and shelter I had grown accustomed to while studying the human race. I had been kicked out of my apartment and was now in front of one of my companion's house. It was somewhat irritating because my clothes were sticking to me. As I was about to knock once again, the door flew open and I was embraced by a surprisingly thin man.
"Tia! What are you doing here?" I opened my mouth to tell him, but he interrupted, "Do you need somewhere to stay?" I just nodded and he smiled knowingly. "Well you're welcome to stay with us for as long as you want. Well... Come inside before you get sick!"
We sat inside for a while just talking until he started to get tired and almost fell asleep to the TV. I helped him to his room and tucked him in, then I continued back to my room with my bags. I changed into my pajamas and went to sleep listening to the sounds of the old studio.
I woke up to hear the small sound of footsteps on the floor of my room. I flew out of my bed and was immediately ready to fight, but as my eyes adjusted to the darkness in my room from the lack of windows I realized the person in my room was a little girl who looked just as ready to fight as I did. My body relaxed as I began to understand what had just happened and I walked over to who I could only assume was the girl known as Noodle. She looked like a terrified wild animal as I approached her, but she didn't move and just waited for me to get closer. Once I did, she jumped up and hung onto my neck for dear life.
"I'm so excited that there's finally another girl in this house! And you know how to fight, so we don't have to worry about anyone bothering you and you wanting to move out."
