Rogue Assassin

Author Note: While this fic is AU, Stella, Noctis, and others can still summon weapons, and magic. Other than that Noctis is not a prince. Sorry for the short prologue.

She has always known it would be a matter of time before they send their top assassins after her.
People with unique abilities to be able summon different kind of weapons out of thin air.
Guns, swords, even weapons that have not been use in years like spears and axes.
The moment she left the company she had made a target of herself. With the knowledge she knows about Etro's Guild it would give them more reason to kill her.
Her violet blue eyes widen as she heard the movement of several assassins walk pass the door of her apartment, five of them from the sounds of it, and all of them completely human. People without the ability to summon weapons, but then again she supposes they won't send those assassins until later. Until they realized this mission was a complete failure and all of those agents they sent are dead.
"Etro's Soldiers" has always had a unique ability to sense each other when they are close by a trait that would come in handy. Especially when they start send them after her, but at the same time they will be able to sense her.
Her lips curl into a slight smile as she rests the final bomb underneath the coffee table. All of the bombs triggered by remote and powerful enough to only kill the people in her apartment, but she is sure her neighbors will feel all of the bombs going off.
She quickly lifts the window that leads to the fire escape hearing the door of her apartment bursts open with several assassins coming in. Guns firing the moment they walk in, but she didn't stop running down the flight of stairs.
She pauses for a moment hearing one of the assassins utter to the other assassins. "She went down the fire escape."
She instantly pulls out her cell phone to dial the code of the explosives she had set in her apartment moments before. Seconds later she hears the sound of explosives being set off, with the sound of glass windows shattering and a woman screaming moments later. She instantly recognizes the voice as her elderly neighbor Mrs. Firian, a kind, compassionate, older woman always bringing her homemade pies, cookies, and dinner type food.
She is always teasing her that she is too thin, and needs to gain more meat on her bones. An inside joke really, but she has always accepted the food with a bright and sincere smile on her face. She has never had the heart to say no to her.
She instantly recognizes the familiar figure standing in front of her. The street lights highlighting his features. Another "human" assassin and she silently suppose he was waiting down here in case she escaped down the fire escape.
She immediately summons her rapier as the man raises a gun to fire at her. She instantly summons a magical barrier to block the bullet was fired.
She instantly brings her rapier to slash the male across the chest. A fatal wound and the man would die in seconds. The golden rapier disappears moments later as the sounds of sirens starts to come closer to the apartment building.
She immediately waves a taxi and moment later a yellow cab pulls up in the spot in front of her.
"Where to Miss?" the man asks as she shuts the door behind her.
"Airport," she answers. The man nods to himself and starts to pull away from the spot. The woman takes a momentarily glance at her apartment building.
