Authors Note: this is my first real serious FanFic and Ill hopefully update with a new chapter every Week. Im a sophomore in High School so if there isn't a new chapter I hope you understand.
Mass Effect 3
Prolouge
The alliance had been at war for two years with an ancient alien race who were powerful enough to wipe out the Protheans; the race who invented the mass drivers. The race who had brought humanity, the Turians, Asari, Salarians, and every other race to where they were now. Due to a recent discovery the Protheans it seems were never wiped out but were turned into slaves of the Reapers known as Collectors.
Two years ago the Reapers started the war when they sent one lone ship or entity known as Sovereign to attack the citadel. Sovereign led an army of Thousands of Geth Soldiers to the citadel where it was almost destroyed. The day was saved though by Commander John Shepard and his alien crew. Shepard saved the council and almost lost his life many times. Two years after this first strike an unknown enemy ship destroyed the Normandy Shepard's ship. The crew escaped but the Commander was deemed KIA.
Apparently Shepard was the luckiest guy on Earth, or anywhere in space. His body was found and then genetically repaired by an orginazation known as Cerberus. Cerberus rebuilt the Normandy twice as large as the original, and sent Shepard to recruit a massively talented team. Composed of a Krogan, Turian, Quarian, Asari, and even a Geth soldier. They went on a suicide mission into Collector home space. Shepard lost a few of his team mourning; but staying focused on his goal till the very End.
Shepard also found love in the form of a women named Miranda, a powerful biotic, almost the poster child of Cerberus until she turned her back on the organization in the decision to blow up the Collector base. This story however is not about the hero of mankind but, about a Twenty-two year old named Jason Ardale. An incredible marksman Jason could turn the head of a Batarian into a pulpy mess at a mile and a half away. This however wasn't why Shepard recruited the boy. It was when Jason stopped him in a crowd of people and said"I've seen your death and I can prevent it" He could see glimpses of the future.
