Tsuna hated getting Valentine cards. It wasn't just the cards, it was the whole damn holiday all together! Although he wouldn't mind getting a card from a certain right hand man of his... "Hey 10th!" Gokudera yelled as he ran up to the Vongola Boss. "Hey Gokudera-kun." Tsuna greeted with a smile. Tsuna didn't know it but Gokudera was in love. With him.
"Hey Juudaime, do you know what day it is?" the pianist asked. Tsuna groaned with annoyance. "It's Valentines Day." Gokuders smiled brightly. " Yep. How many cards so you think you'll get?" Tsuna shrugged. "I don't know. It doesn't matter because I'll be throwing them all away." he said. Gokudera's smile turned into a frown. He clutched the card that he had in his pocket so hard now it was only a piece of cardboard. "Gokudera-kun?" Tsuna looked at his crush, yes crush, with worry. "Huh? Oh, sorry Tenth. I guess I spaced out." "Yeah. I would say so." Tsuna brushed it off with a laugh. "Yeah. Sorry boss, but I gotta go." Tsuna watched in confusion as he ran away. He thought he saw a tear roll down his cheek. "Gokudera...Damn it!" he ran to find his right hand man.

He got to Gokudera's apartment and knocked. "Who is it?" a voice said. Had he been crying? "It's me." Tsuna replied. "Go away." Gokudera sniffed. Tsuna sighed. He opened the door and found Gokudera sitting on the couch hugging his knees to his chest. He looked up and saw Tsuna staring at him with a pained expression. He sat down beside him and wrapped an arm around Gokudera's shoulders. "I was gonna give you this but..." his voice trailed off has he lay his head on Tsuna's shoulder. Tsuna open the card and as he read, his eyes widened. The card read in Gokudera's hand writing-
The roses are Wilting
The violets are Dead
The flowerpot is Empty
And so is your Head
But I love you all the same
Tsuna looked at Gokudera only to have his lips claimed in a kiss. He kissed back and when they broke apart, Gokudera said to a now wide eyed blushin Tsuna, "Be mine Tsuna?" Tsuna smiled. "Of course Hayato." And with that, they kissed
