A/N: Credits to the person who made the social experiment about a 'Rich dad' and 'Poor dad'. And everything in this story is just for fun. don't take the character slight OOC-ness in offense. Pls.
Theme #1: An Engineer and a lifetime experienced technician.
Renji Abarai is a lifetime experienced technician. He had been, since he was a child. Though because of poverty, the only educational attainment he had achieved was vocational. He is a very hardworking and skilled person. He was currently employed at Serietei Group of Companies as technician. He had a daily salary of about $5-10. His contented with his life but sometimes he wondered; why is it that his salary was 10X smaller than his boss? When all his boss ever did was seat on his chair?! the World is unfair.
Byakuya Kuchiki, a very good looking electrical engineer. His currently the boss at one of SGC's department. His only a fresh graduate but none the less, his salary is bigger than all of his best technician's salaries put together. All he ever did was seat on his chair.
One day, Renji confronted his boss about his concern.
"Hey, Boss" Renji asked bravely. He stood in front of Byakuya, completely blocking him from the door way, and stared down at him.
"I am more experienced than you with our work. Why is it that your salary is way bigger than mine. I did all the work while you seat on your chair?!"
"Why is it that your so popular with the girls, when you are nothing but a snob-arrogant boss?!"
"Why is it that people treat you like a king though your attitude stinks?!"
"Why is your opinion matters, when I am more knowledgeable about the matter?"
"Abarai, do you have something to say?" Byakuya asked his subordinate.
Renji's prepared speech all vanished from his mind and his tongue got numb- he couldn't speak. He was stoned on his position.
