Ganon's Song
Child of Doom,
Child of Promise,
King of the Desert,
Names all given at my birth.
The land was harsh,
Death came daily
From heat and cold.
So I grew like the desert land:
Hard and unfeeling.
Rumors of power
Greater than anything ever known
Came to me.
Deep in the gentle land,
Cloaked in light,
Triforce.
I came and found it.
Yet as I touched it,
Two of the three fell away.
Power allowed me to change the land.
It was in my power.
I crushed their spirits.
I made my kingdom in the bright land.
But then the two came
Holders of Wisdom and Courage.
They and the Sages,
Destroyed my power,
Sealed me in a void.
Yet I still had Power.
I would have my revenge!
