Percy's POV

Annabeth and I were actually going to move in together. I mean, sure, we've stayed in hotels together, but now we will both be paying rent, and for food, and cable. We were definitely mature and old enough to handle the responsibility. We were both in our junior year at NYU. Her majoring in Architecture and me Marine Biology. She would be here any minute.

Annabeth's POV

Do I have everything? I thought. I looked over my boxes. Clothes, Dishes, Shoes, Weapons, Books, Sketches, Computer. Yup she thought, I have everything. I pulled out my phone and called Percy.

"Hey, Seaweed Brain," I said

"Hey, Wise Girl," He replied

"I'll be over in about 10 minutes"

"Ok. See you then. I love you"

"Love you too"

I hung up. Now it's time to catch a cab, I thought, maybe the cabbie can help me with all these boxes. Would there even be enough room in the cab? I took the most important box. Books first. I took all the boxes one by one to the lobby and called a cab. I told him Percy's address and sat back and relaxed. I had a lot of things to do later.

Percy's POV

While I was in the bedroom moving my stuff around, I heard some noises from outside. I got Riptide and stood by the bedroom door. The front door unlocked and opened. I blindly tripped the robber and put the sword point to his neck.

"Get off of me, Seaweed Brain," Annabeth said

"Oh, it's just you," I replied, helping her up

"Who did you think it was?" She had this annoyed look on her face

"Someone wanting to steal my stuff," I said defensively

"Sweetheart, we've been over this, no one would want your stuff," Her eyes looked so gorgeous when she said this

"Hey! I have valuables!" I protested

"Like what?" She shot back

"Like you," I said quietly

She smiled at that. I kissed her on the cheek and went back to moving my stuff in the bedroom. She went into the hallway to get the rest of her boxes.

"Perce, can you help me with this?" Annabeth shouted

"Sure." I walked into the hallway and saw a hydra in the hallway

"Whoa. Haven't gotten a monster in a while," I said

"Maybe because there's two of us?" She replied, She quickly sidestepped to the right when the middle head spewed fire.

"Let me take care of this, I'm still invincible." I said

"Wait," The hydra stopped trying to attack us and listened to what Annabeth was going to say. Good thing to remember for next time, "You went back to the river?!"

"Yeah, I thought I told you. I wanted you to come with me but you went to Canada for some architecture conference" I replied

"I thought you were going to go camping near some river with Nico," She shot back

"Ask Nico, We went back to the river"

Annabeth seemed to notice the hydra. She stormed down the opposite way and gave me a look when she passed me. I think I was supposed to distract it and she would kill it from behind. I just started talking to it like I would a normal person. I saw a knife go into it's heart. It looked at me confusedly and went Poof! Annabeth took off her hat and looked at me. I walked over to her and hugged her. If this is how our lives would be with constant fights and monsters, it was worth it.

Annabeth's POV

I was so lucky that I had Percy. I hugged him back and thought about our lives after this. I'm sure he would propose in a couple of months.

Percy's POV

I hope that she doesn't expect me to propose soon. I still have to get through collage!
