Here's a mini one-shot I decided to do for fun.

Luffy came walking out of the kitchen after quietly and carefully stealing some food and headed over to his favorite seat. Before he could, he heard some of his crew mates talking and then remembered Zoro, Nami, Chopper and Franky were playing a game of poker while Usopp and Brook watched.

"Yes! I win again!" Nami cheered for herself. "I'm good at anything when it comes to money!"

"That's what she said." Zoro said smiling.

"Shut up!" Nami scolded. "You make it sound wrong!"

Everyone laughed while Chopper wondered what that meant.

"What does that mean?" He asked.

"What does what mean?" Zoro answered with a question.

"Nami said she's good at anything when it comes to money and then you said 'that's what she said.' Are you letting us know that's what Nami said?"

"Well… No." Zoro said unsure of what to say or how to explain it.

"Go ahead, Zoro. Explain to Chopper what it means." Nami said tempting him.

"Why don't you? You're a girl."

"What does that have to do with it?! Usopp, Brook…"

"We're staying out of this one." They said looking away.

"I'll explain!" Franky said getting everyone's attention.

"Don't you dare use me as an example!" Nami yelled.

"You see," Franky began making Chopper more interested. "When Nami said she's good at anything when it comes to money, Zoro said 'that's what she said' to make it sound wrong. For example: To get money, she'll…"

"Hey, what're you guys talking about?" Luffy asked butting in after hearing everything.

"Luffy, you're a lifesaver!" Nami thought actually glad he interrupted the conversation. "Oh, Luffy, you're here!" Nami said standing up and going over to him. "Now about that thing we had to do…"

"See, right there is a good example, Chopper." Franky continued unaware of the murderous beating he'll get from Nami. "At that moment, someone will say 'that's what she said' to make it sound wrong."

"Yeah, like if they were about to have…"

Nami immediately grabbed Zoro and strangled him until his face turned purple and then hit him on the head until he passed out.

Sanji, who heard the commotion, came out of the kitchen asking what was going on.

"Luffy and Chopper are curious about the phrase 'that's what he/she said'." Robin said who was also there the whole time reading a book as usual.

"There's a 'that's what he said' to?" They both asked.

"You guys are hopeless." Sanji said going up to them. "You see, when…"

"If you don't wanna end up like Zoro, I suggest you stay shut." Nami said angrily at Sanji and did a death glare at him.

Sanji looked at Zoro and then back at Luffy and Chopper. "Never mind. Figure it out for yourselves."

Nami sighed. "I'm going back to my room. I have more important things to do."

"That's what she said." Someone said very lowly.

Somehow Nami heard them and turned around. "Who said that?!" She demanded scanning their faces except Luffy, Robin and Chopper.

They all had a straight face and then Nami turned back around and headed to the women's quarters.

After she left, everyone looked at each other wondering who said that but they shrugged and then went back to what they were doing.

"What happened?" Zoro asked just waking up.

"Nami got mad and left." Luffy said. "I'm surprised I didn't get caught saying that. All well. I'm hungry. Later, Zoro."

All Zoro did was watch Luffy disappear into the kitchen. "I'm going back sleep."

True story by the way. I was at the park with some friends and they all kept saying 'that's what he/she said and I asked them what it meant and why they kept saying it.

They told me exactly what Franky was saying until he was interrupted.

Of course, I changed some things and used the Straw Hats as us. XD
