Jason walked into a bar and sat at the table nearest the corner. He had a bad day, he killed a fury, got dumped by Reyna and they weren't even together and had nearly gotten killed about seven times. Jason sat there alone, looking at a picture of him and Leo. Leo had moved and left Jason. The other half was cut. Jason was still trying to figure out whom it was. Suddenly, he heard guys cheering at the bar. There was a girl serving up drinks. She had no make up on; her shirt showed a lot of cleavage and had short shorts on. Her hair was up in a high pony tail and had brown hair. Her eyes would never stop changing colour. She had a bottle of beer in her hand. She took a sip and gave the bottle to a guy.

"Here Barney." The bartender said. The guy -Barney- took the bottle and gave her his number. The bartender thanked him and took the piece of paper. She put it in her bra and served more drinks. She was beautiful. The juke box was playing and a song came on. It was Switch. The guys started chanting 'dance dance!'

The girl looked flattered and stepped onto the bar. She had a cowgirl out fit on. She started dancing to the song. She was good. Jason couldn't take his eyes off her face. The girl stepped down the bar with two guys help. She started dancing in the middle of the guys. The song ended and she ended up behind the bar again. The bartender served up more drinks to the guys. Another guy came in. He had short curly hair and a babyish face. It was Leo. He went up to the bar and so did I.

"Hey Leo what can I do for you?" The bartender asked Leo.

"I don't like this new Piper." Piper. Did Leo just say Piper?

"Me either. I hate my job. The only reason why I took it was because the boss gave me a good pay." She looked my way. Her face expression said it all. Angry, confused, sad. She went out behind the bar and came to me. "Hello. Can I help you with anything?" She asked. I also didn't like this new Piper but I played along.

"Um-yeah can I just have a beer?" I asked.

"Sure." She climbed over the bar and gave me a beer. I sat next to Leo and he didn't notice me. Piper held Leo's hand. "Leo. You'll be fine. Okay?" Leo nodded. Piper kissed his forehead.

"Please don't do that."

"Sorry. How about I get out of here and we can get some coffee? And I've brought a long jacket with me."

"Sure." And Piper left.

"Come here often?" Jason asked. Leo nodded.

"My friend works here," Friend, good not girlfriend. He started to write down his number three times. He ripped the numbers into three strands. He gave two girls his number and they smiled. He came back and gave me his number as Piper walked out. "Maybe we should catch up Jason."

"You remember me?"

"How can I forget the guy who always got the attention? You were always the leader. I was always the follower. You got the girls, I got hang overs."

"Come on Leo." Piper said taking his arm. "Bye Jason." She said to Jason.

Jason looked at the number. There were two numbers. Leo's and Piper's. Jason went outside and caught up with Leo and Piper.

"Want to hang out now?" Jason said. Piper and Leo turned around to see Jason behind them. "You said that we needed to catch up. Why not now?" They smiled and Piper gestured for Jason to come by her side. And so he did. They ended up having a blast. No monsters, no arguments, no ex-girlfriends, no nothing coming in their way. They all kept in touch and Piper got a better job. She quite her bartender job and went as an artist. Leo made a company in town and Jason taught people about lighting and storms.
