Chapter 3 - A Little Encounter Goes A Long Way (Morning) Squirtle: -Yawns- Aw, it's morning already? I gotta ask Major Blastoise for a Poketch so I can tell what time I go to bed at. Anyway, I suppose it's time to get up. Major Blastoise: GOD DAMN IT!IT IS! Squirtle: Holy shit! Don't scare me like that! Major Blastoise: Hey, you don't tell me what to do! Now, GET OUT OF BED! Squirtle: Alright! -Get's Out of Bed- You happy? Major Blastoise: Actually, yes, I am! (Later, in Major Blastoise's Office) Major Blastoise: An evil Manectric appeared? Squirtle: Actually, he was our target. If it wasn't for my Withdraw, I wouldn't be here right now. Major Blastoise: Lemme guess, he shot you with a sniper. Squirtle: Yes, he did. How did you know that? Major Blastoise: Because when I was a young Squirtle, working for this clan, he also tried to shoot me with a sniper! Squirtle: Huh? You're the Major! Does that mean you weren't the first Major? Major Blastoise: You sure are a smart one! In fact, yes, you are right. I'm Major Blastoise II! My father, Major Blastoise I died when Manectric used his Thunder attack 10 times on him. He fainted and never got to a Pokemon Center. He ended up dying from his wounds not being treated. -Frowns- Squirtle: Hey, that's OK! Besides, I'm not here to talk about that! -Smiles- I came here to talk about my encounter with that Manectric! Major Blastoise: Oh yeah, about that. I'm very surprise you actually lived. When he tried to shoot me I got lucky and was able to run away. But, you actually used a move to keep yourself unhurt. I didn't know you had that much whits! Which is why I'm promoting you to level C! Squirtle: There's levels? Major Blastoise: Yep! Also, I'm gonna tell everybody. In fact, I think I'm gonna do that right now! -Presses Button and Speaks Into Microphone- Hey everybody! I just wanna say that our newest recruit survived an encounter wiht our target! So, please congratulate him if you see him! Thank you! - Takes Finger Off Button- Squirtle: Whoa, thanks! Major Blastoise: No problem! You deserved it! Squirtle: -Walks Out of Major Blastoise's Office- Everybody: CONGRATULATIONS, SQUIRTLE! Squirtle: Heheh, wow! Thanks guys! -Heads Back to Room- Well I know one thing now...I'm gonna take that Manectric down, one way or another, in the name of Major Blastoise I!
