Rigby and the Dark Rock

Rigby was trimming bushes and after that he hustled to change out the trash bags and get them to to the dumpster.
Benson came over to Rigby and said "Rigby" to which Rigby replied "I'm sorry if I'm not fast enough I've not been sleeping well lately."
Benson said "no actually I was going to say your performance has actually improved."
Rigby said "oh" and then walked off.
Benson went to Mordecai and said "Mordecai I need to see you in private please."
Mordecai said "oh man you're going to fire me aren't you?"
Benson shot back "no honest if I was going to fire you today I would have done it by now. I just need to speak with you about something in private."
Mordecai said "okay" and they both walked over by the fence.
Benson asked "is there something strange going on with Rigby?"
Mordecai laughed "that's a good one sir."
Benson said "no I mean something like never before. He looks exhausted, depressed, and yet ironically he is doing much better on the job."
Mordecai said "well the other day he discovered heavy metal music. He said he was tired of that lame pop music he was force fed in school."
Benson said "oh my heavy metal music."
Later that night when Mordecai arrived home he saw Rigby on the computer.
Rigby said "oh man Mordecai I have just discovered some of the best music. Moreecia I'll tell you the first time I heard Metallica sing Last Caress it changed my life."
Mordecai said "you've only played it ten times this week."
Rigby said "I know."
Rigby pulled up the Scorpions song Still Loving You and said "this song moved me, oh the first time I heard this one I was just enthralled."
Rigby plays the song and after the song Mordecai tells Rigby he has something to talk to him about. He told him Benson is worried about his mental health. Rigby said "I just need to thrash hard. I mean I need to get the tension out."
Mordecai asked "how do you plan to get your tension out?"
Rigby said "Skips can play bass. You know how to play drums. I just picked up a guitar yesterday so I figure on Saturday night we can blow the park away."
That Saturday night Skips, Rigby, and Mordecai stood in the middle of the park. Rigby said "alright in honor of the band Asking Alexandria we shall play Dear Insanity."
Rigby got what he needed. He needed to thrash hard because he was sick of seeing everyone who looked like Miley Cyrus. He was sick of New Urban Music flooding the radio. Oh how he loved seeing Benson go flying through the air when he began playing Dear Insanity since he considered Benson insane.
