Itachi Uchiha has a secret relationship with his best friend and as their relationship grows stronger problems arise and become complicated. With only his lover and little brother knowing the truth Itachi has no choice but to trust in himself and those close to him, as he embarks on a journey to find himself and discover who is behind all the problems that are rising between the shinobi nations.
Prologue
Jumping silently through the thick green brush of the forests of the fire country was a ANBU rushing home after completing another solo mission in the earth country. With his tiger mask still in place as he ran through the gates of Konoha eager to brief the Hokage on his recent mission.
The objective of the mission had been nothing but reconnaissance, there had been several rumors that the earth country's leaders have been planning on attacking Konoha, however halfway through the mission he had enough evidence to confirm they were just rumors and nothing more.
Soon the ANBU landed silently on the windowsill of the Hokage's tower and quietly with the stealth of a cat entered. Moving in front of the Hokage's desk with his mask still in place he waited for the Hokage to signal for him to begin. In less then fifteen minutes the ANBU was on his was home
