"Pikachu I choose you!" Ash yelled, his voice filling the training centre, he was determined. "Flareon!" Evie called, gracefully. She plucked the pokeball from her belt and tossed onto the floor. Evie knew she would win, she didn't have any doubts. She was the best trainer of all the evveelutions and she wouldn't stop for anything to keep that title. She took a deep breath then called, "flame thrower!" Ash knew what to do, "Pikachu, dodge it!" he cried. Pikachu leapt up into the air, the fire barely tickled his feet. "Pika!" Pikachu giggled. Flareon growled, "it's okay Flareon!" Evie whispered, "We will still win".
"Pikachu, use thunder bolt!" Ash called, growing in confidence, he smiled as the little, yellow, mouse-like Pokémon exploded into electrical energy that flew out at Flareon. Evie tried to call "Dodge it!" but the room was filled with the static noise of electricity. "NOOOO!" Evie cried, she heard flareon scream. Pikachu's attack finished and Flareon was lying on the ground. Evie went to comfort him when he stood up and roared, he burst into flames shooting up into the air, Ash looked up and saw what looked to be a giant letter V, "but that's…" Ash started. His sentence was cut short when the explosive noise of Flareon slamming into Pikachu filled the entire training centre arena. The room was filled with smoke, no one could see anything.
When the smoke cleared, Ash saw Pikachu passed out on the ground. "Pikachu is unable to battle" the announcer called out "Evie wins!"
Ash saw Evie playing happily with Flareon, her short, blonde and blue hair fell like a water fall over her shoulders, and Ash noticed how pretty she really was. He walked over to her with Pikachu in his arms. As he knelt down beside her, he whispered "good game" she smiled and looked back at him, staring deep into his large brown eyes. "Good game!" she replied.
