"When one has to urinate, one has to urinate."
"TEAL'C!"
Colonel Jack O'Neill stopped in his tracks and turned to face his friend. He put his hand on the large Jaffa's shoulders and gave him a piercing look.
"That is NOT the cliché. It goes "if you gotta go, you gotta go.""
Teal'c looked down in the ground, obviously contemplating this new piece of information. Earthly proverbs, clichés, and analogies truly baffled him. The colonel had let go of his shoulder, and continued walking ahead through the green terrain.
"I understand, O'Neill", said Teal'c in his deep voice, as he resumed walking, "as the Tauri say; I am now "inside of the noose""
He smiled proudly, for surely now he had redeemed himself.
"FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD! YOU'RE IN THE LOOP! THE LOOP, TEAL'C!"
Jack didn't even look back as he yelled, instead taking out his frustration through a rapid and violent walk through the foreign planet's unkempt nature. Daniel had caught up behind Teal'c, and only heard Jack's frustrated cry. He came up alongside his friend, putting a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"It is most difficult for me to absorb the linguistic parts of your culture, Daniel Jackson", said Teal'c , giving the young archaeologist a look of resignation.
"You're doing great, Teal'c. Don't sweat it."
Daniel gave a quick, reassuring smile, walking onward to catch up with Jack. A dejected Jaffa was left standing alone in the high grass.
"I am not currently perspiring," Teal'c said to himself, before following Daniel.
