Brittany thought she had always found him boring. A waste of space. Some egghead with useless knowledge he felt the need to share.
All of a sudden, her feelings began to change.
He was no longer boring, yet interesting. He was no longer a waste of space; he was a modern day Albert Einstein. He was no longer an egghead; he was beautiful.
Wait a minute. Is this really happening? Is Brittany Miller, hot, diva, goddess, falling in love with…Simon Seville?!
No, it can't be. Obviously just having an off day or something.
"Hey Britt." Alvin strutted up to the table she was situated at in the cafeteria.
"What do you want." Brittany glared at the obnoxious 'man' in front of her.
"Oh come on Britt, can't I just have a good talk with my best friend in the whole wide world?" Alvin sat on the table, like a lady would sit across a grand piano at a fancy occasion.
"Please Alvin just go away, I've had a long day and if you do anything to make me upset, you're gonna regret it."
Alvin's expression didn't change at all. He slid off the table, slowly shaking his head.
"Fine, have it your way, I guess you'll never know what I was going to say…"
Brittany watched him walk away, each step he took caused her to feel more infuriated than ever.

His grey-blue eyes, a swimming pool of colour she could get lost in for hours. His caramel hair swept neatly to the side, with a shine like a diamond in the sun. His glasses, although big, made his face look irresistibly cute. His blue shirt, clearly showing his toned abs. And her favourite part, his jeans, covering his long masculine legs all the way up to his perfectly round, squeezable bu-
"Hey sissy, whatcha up to?" Eleanor greeted Brittany with a warm smile.
"Oh nothing." Brittany attempted to hide the fact she was annoyed by her sisters intrusion on her daydream.
"Taste one of these cookies for me, they're white chocolate and raspberry. Teddy and I baked them for the school bake sale. Do you think they're good enough?"
Brittany eyed the basket Eleanor was carrying, containing the cookies. She quickly snatched four and began to eat them as if her life depended on it.
"You're a shoe in."
Eleanor jumped excitedly and hugged her older sister.
"Thank you Britt! I knew you'd like them."
Eleanor walked off toward Theodore. Brittany watched them as they kissed each other and held hands. She bit one of her cookies in half angrily. Why couldn't she have a relationship like that?
