A/N: This story will be a retelling of the Harry Potter Book Series if Sofia the First had gone to Hogwarts at the same time as Harry Potter, and if she was in his year. Minor Dumbledore Bashing, some Weasley Bashing (Ron, Ginny, and Molly), and extreme Snape Bashing. Eventual Harry/Sofia Relationship. This story takes place after Sofia's battle with Vor inside the Amulet. Thank you very much for reading my story, and PLEASE LEAVE A REVIEW!
Morning was dawning over Enchancia, and within the castle of King Roland the Second a certain special eleven year-old girl was just waking up. Her name is Sofia the First, Princess of Enchancia, Story-Keeper, and Protector of the Ever Realm.
It had been a month since she had defeated the evil sorceress Vor in a battle within her mystical Amulet of Avalor, and ever since then things had been mostly peaceful. Sofia had had no new stories to help finish, and she had also had no missions as a protector yet. The only thing that had been even marginally exciting was explaining her duties as Story-Keeper and a Protector to her family.
Amber had already known of course, and James thought it was all super cool and awesome, but their parents were concerned about her safety. Eventually, after many explanations from Aunt Tilly and Sofia both, as well as learning of her Amulet's powers, they agreed to allow Sofia to continue her duties as a Protector and as Story-Keeper. And that leads us to now.

"Ugh, what?" Sofia groaned and asked as she felt a pulling sensation coming from her neck. She opened her eyes and looked down and she saw the Amulet of Avalor was glowing blue. "Oh!" She quickly got up, put her hair into a ponytail, and got dressed in her protector's outfit.
"I wish I was small!" She said, and just like that she shrunk to the size of a large insect, about an inch or two tall. She then quickly ran to the tube that led to the Secret Library, and after reaching it she quickly entered.
Once she made it to the Secret Library she quickly found the right book, 'The Tale of The Boy-Who-Lived', which shot into the looking glass, and it began to be read.
"Once upon a time, in another world called Earth, there was a young boy named Harry Potter. Harry was born into a loving family that would do anything to protect him, and in order to do so he and his parents went into hiding because an evil wizard by the name of Lord Voldemort had learned of Harry's birth and feared his power. Lord Voldemort decided to destroy the Potter family, and after they were betrayed by a close friend, Voldemort found their hiding spot. He quickly killed Harry's father, but when he went to kill Harry's mother he told her he would spare her if she stepped aside and let him kill her son. She refused and she was killed as well, but her death set up an extremely powerful protective spell that stopped Voldemort's curse from reaching Harry, and instead of killing Harry it destroyed Voldemort's body, leaving him as nothing more than a wandering wraith."
"Harry Potter became famous for surviving this spell, which had never been done before, and he became known as The Boy-Who-Lived. He was placed with abusive relatives, who treated him as nothing more than a servant, by Albus Dumbledore, who had some plans of his own for Harry. Harry will turn eleven in a few weeks and will be going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn how to utilize his magical abilities. If someone doesn't go to help Harry, Dumbledore's machinations will succeed and Harry will end up as nothing more than a puppet. So you must go to his world and enter Hogwarts school as well in order to give this story a happy ending."
"Oh no! Poor Harry!" Sofia said before something from the story came to the forefront of her mind. "Wait, another world? I don't know how to get to another world! Except for that one Vor was talking about when we stopped her...That must be it!" And with that Sofia was off.
She ran back to her room in the castle before going down to the castle's dining room to meet with her family. Luckily for her the others had all just sat down to start their breakfast.
"Guys!" Sofia gasped, out of breath from running the whole way there. Her family all looked over at her and saw she was wearing her new Protector's outfit.
"Oh, Sofia!" Her mother said, smiling at her. "You look so beautiful in your Protector outfit. Did you get a mission?"
"Sort of," She replied, smiling back at her, "I received a mission as Story-Keeper, not as a Protector. I need to go to another world in order to help a boy named Harry Potter finish his story or else he'll live his life as nothing more than a puppet for someone else's amusement."
"That's Horrible/Awesome!" Said Amber and James respectfully, and they then both glared at each other.
"Wait, did you say another world?" Sofia's step-father asked, and her nod he asked another question. "How do you plan on getting there?"
"Well, when Amber and I were spying on Vor we overheard her say something about invading another world. I figured that has to be the same world as the one Harry lives in."
"I remember that!" Amber says, "She said you could reach it by flying over the island of Pirates and Pixies and going towards the second star to the right."
"Exactly!" Sofia exclaims, before she gains a serious expression and says, "There's also something else. In order to finish this story I have to go to school with Harry starting this year. So, Amber I'm sorry, but I won't be able to go to Ever Realm Academy with you."
"That's okay, Sofia," Amber says, sounding sad yet accepting, "I know how important being Story-Keeper is, and if going to this school is part of it then I'm okay with it." Sofia goes over to Amber and gives her a hug which Amber returns quickly.
She then looks at her parents and asks, "Is this okay with you two as well?"
"Of course it is sweety," Queen Miranda says before asking, "What type of school is this that your going to, anyways?"
"Oh, didn't I already say?" At the negative shake of everyone's head she says, "Well its a school for magic-users, and it's called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I also have to leave as soon as possible, so I was thinking I would leave next week. That should give me enough time to get everything prepared for my journey."
"Sounds good," King Roland says, and with that they all get back to their breakfast.

It had been a busy week in the Royal Palace of Enchancia, especially for the young Princess Sofia. She had been getting ready for her journey to the other world, Earth, by gathering supplies and equipment. She had also told the other Protector's where she would be for the foreseeable future. Finally, the day arrived for Sofia to leave.
"Do you have all of your gowns? What about your Enchantlet? Oh, and your Amulet?" Queen Miranda asked Sofia as she was getting ready to leave.
"Yes, yes, and I never take it off," She replied, giggling. "Mom, don't worry. I'll be fine." And with those words she and her family went into a group hug, and after a few moments they let go and Sofia said, "I wish I was a pixie!" This caused her to shrink to about an inch in height and grow pixie wings, and then she flew off into the sky.
After flying for a while she reached the gates to the Mystic Isles and flew in and towards the island of Pirates and Pixies. Finally, she reached the correct island and she then stopped and took stock of her surroundings.
"Okay, so I need to find the second star to the right and fly straight on 'til morning," Sofia said to herself. She looked up into the sky and quickly found the right star and started flying in that direction.
After what seemed to be hours of flying she began to tire, and just as she was about to give up there was a flash of bright, blinding light, and the next thing she knew she was falling.
Sofia quickly righted herself in the air and started flapping her wings to stop her fall, and when she did she started looking around to find where she had been transported to. She looked down below her and saw a sprawling city unlike any she had ever seen before, and right below her was a giant clock, which read eleven thirty-six, and judging by the sunlight it meant A.M.
"Looks like I made it," She said in a slightly nervous voice.
