Chapter 1: Day To Remember.
"It's too strong to take on.We have to fall back, Think of a new plan!" "There is no going back! The door locked behind us!"
It's a beautiful Saturday morning, The sun is rising, the grass is wet with dewand the alarm clock is going off, telling me to get up. It's a brand new day, and this one is extremely special. I've been waiting for this day all year. SAO is finally going into beta! Those who preorder get access to the game right now in its current state, and I couldn't be more ecstatic! I jumped out of bed and gathered my clothes for the day before clumsily putting them all on in my way out the bedroom door.
"Getting ready to go preorder?" Tash' Piped up from downstairs.
Tash is my girlfriend whom I've been living with for a couple of years.
"Yes honey I'm just getting ready right now to head down to gamestop right now, why you want to come?" I asked on my way down the stairs.
The smell of bacon and eggs filled the house, mhhhmmm she. Was cooking breakfast for when I got back!
"No I'm fine," she answered with a snap "Just make sure you get two copies one for me and one for you!"
I grabbed the car keys and set out of the house, and got in ththe car. I had about a 10 minute drive downtown to get to the store but that was okay, I got up pretty early today so that I could stand in line. This is everything everyone's been waiting for, the first Virtural large scale MMO it was a huge game changer, and it's all been thanks to that company who made NerveGear, they have propelled us into a new generation of gaming, and SAO was just the beginning! I pulled up to Gamestop, I was there slightly before they opened, which was fine with me, there was about 10 people in line with me, one of the perks living in a smaller city I guess. So the line went by pretty quick. Soon enough I was at the desk placing the order for two copies of SAO.
"Two of them?" The cashier questioned,
"Yes two of them, I plan to slay gigantic enemies with my SO. It's gonna be so awesome!" I said with great excitement,
Within minutes. I was given two beta access codes, all I had to do was redeem them and access the game! Since when the game launches I'll already have it downloaded, I won't have any issues connecting as long as I keep it up to date. I rushed to get home, almost speeding more than once. When I got home I was ecstatic to be welcomed by two full dive NerveGear stations set up in our living room.
"Suprise!" Tash exclaimed jumping out from behind s couch, "I set them up for us! So we can start playing as soon as breakfast is done!"
I smiled with glee, and almost choked on the food as I began scarfing it all down. Today has been a great day, two full five NerveGear sets loaded with SAO, Bacon and Eggs, and my wonderful girlfriend all set to begin this great journey with me. I can't wait to see what the Beta Brings!
