The beginning:
The year is 1988, DIO had won his fight against Jotaro and no one had the power stop him.
DIO had began recreation of earth, he had put everyone in the frozen time and only the chosen few were allowed. as a result of DIO's stand,THE WORLD putting everything in Frozen time, a endless void (now known as Lucky Channel station) was created. in this void, eldritch abominations were being created, cats with only a head and tail, people having outlines and could only scream were many of these things but there was one abomination that stood out from the rest, Akira. Akira was a unholy monster with reality warping powers, only the void could surpress this power.
Years passed and the beings in the voice had found a way to exit, Akira was the first of many to leave, as she left she began to warp reality in her own cutesy image. DIO found about this quickly and started a fight with Akira to keep his perfect world safe.
After a long battle Akira won, and successfully warped reality into her own image.
Suddenly from the void came its leader, Gotouza, who locked Akira back in the void, to keep her occupied, Gotouza had created the Lucky Channel were Akira could commentate on her own world as reality was now unchangeable. However DIO still lives on, reincarnated as a white dog.
The present:
The cast of Lucky Star lives their lives peacefully in their town, passing by people frozen, unaware of there worlds past. Meanwhile in the void, Akira was losing interest in her news show, and Gotouza had hired many people to keep her entertained.
But it was not working, after the destruction of the Lucky Channel set, Akira was broken free from the void and went out into the world again. Around the time of the festival, Akira warped reality again, causing a bright light flash changing everything.
The aftermath:
The world slowly changed overtime. Abominations were being created again, toys and fictional characters becoming eldritch creatures as pets, Akira had one again, DIO now known as Cherry, had given up again and kills himself in his girl dog body. After Konata and her friends were finally transformed into abominations themselves, Akira was subdued and sent to another reality, were her powers were taken away and now lives as a hobo on the side of the streets of Japan.
