Hige: She left early for school… you might as well get dressed 'cause you're going to be late

It's a normal day, just like yesterday, and Kanata wasn't late, he made it on time. It's 7:36am. Like I said, just a normal day…
"Okay class turn to page 54" the teacher said
All of the sudden…
'RRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG!'
The alarm rings like crazy, but not just a normal alarm…somebody knocked on the door and opened it quickly,
"The third floor is on fire!" He shouted
Everyone in class panicked, reached their bags and went out of the room, when Kanata noticed something,
'Miyu…where IS that girl!' Kanata searched the crowd but he didn't find her.
Kanata runs back to the room but before he could enter, Santa grabbed his hand
"Let's go man, this place is on fire, it's dangerous to go back!"
"I need to find her first!"
"Who?"
"Miyu! Now let go… I won't leave this place without her…"
"Man, you know she'll be alright!'
"I'd rather be dead if I didn't find her than going out there knowing she's still in here!" Kanata explained
"We have to go!" Santa pulled him and with the help of the crowd, they were both carried down stairs to the open field
Fire trucks and ambulances arrived, Kanata still searching the crowd
'Where… where… where is she?' He thought worriedly
Somebody behind him asked "Um… Kanata… What are you looking for?"
"It's not what, it's who…"
"Then who?"
"I'm looking for…" he turns and found the girl he was looking for
"Miyu!" He shouted, he hugs her and almost cried
"Kanata calm down."
"How could I calm down when the school is on fire and I can't find you…" He let go of her and looked at the ground
"You were worried about me?" Miyu points at herself
'I have no idea he ever thinks about me…'
"Yeah… I mean… well, I….I… I don't know what's happening to me, when I heard the school's on fire, the first thing that came in my mind was 'Where are you?' 'Are you safe?' 'Will you be alright?' And I…."
"Thanks Kanata."
"Though this confession sure is sudden…" he holds Miyu hands
"Huh?" Miyu gave Kanata a confused look
"I was really worried…"
Miyu hugs him and whispers to his ear
"Kanata…"
"Yeah?" Kanata whispers back
"I'll tell you something important…"
"What is it?"
"Promise me you won't freak out…"
"I promise"
"This is only a fire drill…"
"WHHHAAAATTTTTTTT!"
Hige: It's short… I know
Kanata: And crap
Hige: I knew that too… hey!
Miyu: You really got Kanata there Hige
Hige: Yeah!
Kanata: anyway, where were you during the fire?
Miyu: I was in the restroom, completely safe, Hige didn't include it in the beginning so that… you know…
