The challenge is to choose an album and write a drabble for each track using the track as a prompt. The "word count for each entry depends on the length of the song you are writing about. So, if the first track is 4:28 minutes long, you write a drabble that is 428 words long...you have a 10 word leeway on the word counts." I chose the album, Dark Horse, by Nickelback.

I'd Come For You
As a small child, Lily's grandmother had once thought Lily a psychic. Lily could never see visions, but she could feel; she felt emotions associated to what was to occur. The morning of October 31, 1981 she felt the most dark and emptiest feeling engulf her. She had felt something similar on the days that her parents and her husband's parents had died. She had, also, felt this when her friendship with her first love had died. However, tragic the deaths had been, the feeling that touched her soul was darker.
Severus! Lately she remembered the letter that he had sent her years ago. She had told no one of the existence of the latter or that she had kept it.
To My Dearest Lily,
There will come a time when your Order of friends will forsake you. I know you have the utmost trust in them as you once had for me, but I implore you to be careful. Your blood status is not at all popular in these darkest of times.
I deeply regret calling you that derogatory term in fifth year, but I did not, cannot, and will not ask for your forgiveness as I do not deserve it. What I did was more unspeakable than any unforgivable.
I will, however, ask that when you come to realize that I am right about them forsaking you, I want you to contact me. I'd come for you regardless of any consequence or circumstance, but only if you told me to do so."

Lily cradled Harry to her chest with one arm as she wiped tears away. She may live to regret the letter she was about to send, but she would rather live to regret than die with pride attached to her heart.
My friend,
I'm telling you to come for me. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you where I am as it is a secret worth keeping, but I remember how great you are at riddles. I'm kept in a lion's den beside a bag which was shot.

Severus solved the riddle yet was unable to locate the exact house until the Fidelus charm dropped. Upon immediately entering the nursery, Severus crumbled. He crawled to her stiff body as he cast the Patronus Charm to send a Doe to his unlikely ally.
As he waited for Albus, Severus cradled Lily's lifeless body as he spoke to the baby in the crib through distraught tears. "Harry, I came for her and you, my boy, but I was too late! Forgive me!"
