The Headmaster's Funeral
They had been given the day off today so they could attend the funeral of their late Headmaster.
They would have preferred not to have the day off at all, if it meant that they did not have to face this startling and horrifying reality.
Albus Percival Wolfric Brian Dumbledore was dead, killed by the very man he trusted and had kept out of Azkaban.
The very thought of that caused fiery anger to burn through the hearts of student's and teacher's for the betrayal of one most had trusted.
They wished they could just have had another normal day but they could not leave their Headmaster's body at the base of the Astronomy Tower. He deserved more than that.
They could not hide themselves and deny it. They had to face a future without the old wizard's guidance.
