The world of Alrest, it is a world without surface. Gaia had summoned her beasts in hope that the humans can find the solution to the problem after her death.
Alaya herself was also weaken due to the state and number of humanity. She had left a Counter Guardian to aid the humans to survival. However she doesn't know when that Guardian will arrive as of her weakened state.
The beasts were known as Titans, named by humans themselves, the Titans are beasts that has, fortunately, the materials to help mankind and lets them live on their backs, however even if their are Beasts of Gaia, they still have limited life.
Now with over the years, they have started dying.
The Plot: The beginning will start after Rex and his pals had found a dungeon leading somewhere...
The loot they have gotten was a pure red gem or if you notice is Tohsaka's gem.
They accidently summoned Emiya, being classified as a Blade and him still being a Sword. They began the bond and will fight together.
Now knowing the state humanity has become. Emiya will now do his duty as a Counter Guardian and help guide Rex to Elysium, the world tree.
