Days off in torchwood were rare.
Days in which I took work off were even rarer.
But the days in which jack and I both took work off were by far the rarest and the best.
I woke to find him placing butterfly kisses across my shoulder blade, his arms wrapped around my waist and his legs curled up behind mine as he spooned against me.
"Mmm" I murmured sleepily as he continued to kiss across my shoulder.
"Morning yan" he said as I rolled onto my back to see him smiling a 100 watt smile at me.
"Morning, you're very cheerful today" I answered drowsily, smirking back at him.
"Well it's not every day I get to lie in bed sleeping next to my beautiful Welshman" he said kissing me softly.
"Well I'm glad, because I enjoy waking up with my handsome captain curling around me." I admitted smiling at him.
"Mmm I must agree I could get used to it" he said smiling in return.
"Could you?" I asked curiously.
"Yes I could, I enjoy spending time with you." He answered, seeming rather curious to why I had enquired into his statement.
"Move in with me." I asked abruptly.
"Say what now?" he asked slightly shocked.
"I want you to…move in…with me" I stammered blushing after my initial outburst.
"Are you sure?" Jack asked tilting my face up to look into his eyes.
"Of course I am sure otherwise I wouldn't have asked jack" I snapped back at him.
"Hey don't be like that; of course I want to move in with you" he insisted.
"Really" I exclaimed my mood immediately increasing in happiness.
"Really" he grinned at me.
I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him passionately, pulling him to rest on top of me.
"Haha, Ianto" jack laughed as i had caught him off-guard ,as I continued to kiss him.
"Mmm, how about we christen 'our' newly dubbed apartment." I moaned seductively.
"Oh Ianto you say the sweetest things." He laughed wrapping a hand in my hair pulling my mouth back to his.
Oh yes I definitely love days off, but they were indeed best when I was with jack, definitely the best.
