Years later, after the events of the original Night Raid, the Empire has been corrupted after the death of it's emperor, Najenda. After the new emperor, Akihiro, and his daughter Ooue come to power, a new group of Night Raid rises up, with their prime duty to protect the new empire and kill he emperor. But the question is, who will survive the final battle?

War. It was horrible war. Many lives. Lost. But finally, the empire was free. People smiled again. Night Raid had destroyed the emperor and the minister. As the people rebuilt the empire, emperor Najenda came to power. The other surviving member of Night Raid, Akame, set off on her own path. No one knows what hapened to her. She vanished.

Najenda was in power for years to come, until one day she was strucken with an illness that unfortunately killed her. That's when the new emperor came to power. That's when the new empire was corrupted. That is when a new group of assassins rose. The new Night Raid.
