This is my first attempt at rewriting a nonsense song, but if it goes well, I'm rewriting "Girl" by Beck (Hey! My Kilngon Girl…), so let me know what you think. This is a song from Doctor's POV to the tune of "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" by the Beatles.
Disclaimer: I don't own the Beatles, their songs, or Star Trek. * sob *
{VERSE 1}
Picture yourself in a shuttle in space,
With tangerine stars and marmalade planets.
Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly,
A girl with Borg enhanced eyes.
Cellophane flowers of yellow and green,
Towering over your head.
Look for the girl with the sun in her eyes,
And she's gone.
{CHORUS}
Seven in the sphere with implants,
Seven in the sphere with implants,
Seven in the sphere with implants,
Ah... Ah...
{VERSE 2}
Follow her down to the Bridge by a consul,
Where transporter people eat leola root cakes.
Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers,
That grow so incredibly high.
Warp core shuttlecraft appear in the Mess,
Waiting to take you away.
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds,
And you're gone.
{CHORUS}
Picture yourself in Sickbay on a shuttle,
With plasticine porters with looking glass ties.
Suddenly someone is there at the consul,
The girl with Borg enhanced eyes.
{CHORUS REPEATED AND FADED}
So? What'd ya think?
