Bad Day

Nadira fumed at her computer. Lucas was going to have a fit if he found a virus on the computer when he got home from work.

"Stupid computer!" she hissed. "Lucas is going to kill me if you don't work!" She punched the screen. "Ow!" She sucked on her reddened knuckles. "Geez." She accidentally set her elbow on the keyboard and didn't notice the screen saying 'Virus sent to all mailbox'.

Katie is typing in her computer, when it stops working.

"Nadira, I'll be right over, and I'll call Trip," Katie said. They hung up.

Nadira walked into her daughter's nursery and picked her up. She hummed a lullaby to Annie as she sat down in the rocking chair to, not only calm Annie, but herself too.

"C'mon, Annie," Nadira begged. "For Mama."

Trip and Katie walked inside the Kendall home.

"Please, Annie!" they heard Nadira cried from the nursery.

"Nadira!" Trip called as he and Katie rushed to the nursery. Trip took Annie and Katie pulled Nadira into a hug. Nadira cried on the yellow ranger's chest.

"Oh, Katie," she sobbed.
