"You're kidding me." Kakashi stared at the Leader of the Land of the Phoenix, who was sitting next to his own Hokage. The old man glared at him.

"I don't joke about such things, young man. Your family signed, stating that when the time came to reconsimate the treaty, one member of your family would be ready. You're the only one left." Kakashi frowned, though no one could see it for his mask.

"And the girl? How did you choose her?" The girl behind the LLP answered without even opening her eyes.

"My family representative signed the same contract. I, too, am the last one left." Kakashi looked the girl over, sizing her up. She was about 5'8", which didn't go bad with his 6'1". Her hair was an odd sort of black-purple, ending just below her waist about, about half was pulled into French pig-tails at the back of her head, with bangs half covering her eyes. He hadn't seen her eyes, she'd had them closed when he walked in. She wore a black fighters halter, tied in the back with a calf length train in the front. Her pants were also black, and seemed to hug every curve and muscle on her from just above her butt to three inches above her ankles. Her feet were adorned with small, simple, black, Chinese flats. Her arms were crossed, and he noticed a black wrist band on her right wrist, the symbol of her village carved into the metal plate. On her right forearm was a small black mark- an uncrossed capital 'a' and a quotation mark. She wore a pendant of a wolf howling at the moon on a silver chain around her neck. He sighed.

"Fine, but I'm warning you now, miss. I probably won't be what you search for in a husband." Yes, Hatake Kakashi, 29, silver haired ex-sensei of team 7, The Copy Nin was getting married. The girl cracked a smile and opened her eyes. They were bottle green.

"Call me Artemis, Kakashi-san."
