Prompt: Song Title Prompt: You Don't Know Her Like I Do – Brantley Gilbert

Kelly couldn't help but glare at the couple across from her. She didn't understand what Dylan saw in Brenda and it pissed her off that they were still going strong regardless of what she had tried. She sighed and ran a hand through her blonde hair. She really needed to think of a way to break those two up because she wanted Dylan for herself. When she saw Brenda walk away she decided to try yet again on getting them apart from one another. With a smile on her face she walked over to the boy she wanted. "Hey, Dylan."
Dylan looked at Kelly with narrowed eyes. He had no doubt that she was there once more to try to cause problems between him and Brenda. "What do you want, Kelly?"
Kelly's lips pursed. "Why do you think that I want something, Dylan? Can't I just come over and say hello to you?"
Dylan scoffed. "The only time you come around is when you're wanting to start trouble, Kelly. I'm telling you right now if that is what you want then you need to go elsewhere. I have told you before and I'll tell you again it doesn't matter what you think or want because I have no intention of leaving Brenda for you or for anyone else for that matter."
Kelly scowled. "Why are you so damn blind, Dylan? Why can't you just see that she is using you for who you are? I mean really she is a nobody, but yet she caught you in her web and you don't even see it."
Dylan glared at Kelly as he shook his head. "Kelly Taylor, shut the hell up before you say anything that you're going to regret. You don't know her like I do. You are nothing, but a jealous bitch who wants to cause trouble because you can't get what you want for once. Hell even if I wasn't with Brenda I wouldn't get with you because you think that everyone owes you something. Let me make this perfectly clear to you, Kelly. You are nothing, but a jealous, spoiled, idiotic little girl who doesn't know how to grow up. Why would I want someone who sleeps around when I have someone who has only ever been with me? Why would I give Brenda up when she makes me feel complete? You truly don't have any boundaries as most boys in this school can testify to."
Kelly glared. "How can you not see that she wants you for what she can get, Dylan?! Everyone else can see it."
Dylan snorted. "Brenda isn't you, Kelly. She doesn't care about the size of someone's wallet. Unlike you Brenda is pure and true in her interactions with other people. You calculate what you can get from someone before you talk or spend time with them, Kelly. So why don't you just go away and leave both Brenda and I alone? We see you for who and what you are, Kelly, and we don't need you in our lives."
Kelly decided to try one last tactic as she let crocodile tears fill her eyes. "You can't mean that, Dylan. Don't you know that I just want what's best for you? I just don't want to see you hurt."
Dylan scowled. "Those fake tears aren't going to work on me, Kelly. I'm telling you one last time leave us alone or you won't like the consequences. If you ever try to cause trouble between Brenda and I again I will make sure that you are ruined in every single way that I can."
He glared once more and then stormed away. He didn't want to be near Kelly any longer than he had to. He really was tired of her trying to cause problems between him and Brenda.
