Team Rocket trouble making again.... Only now, the whole world is involved with their diabolical plans. Can Spike save the world? And maybe even beyond?

Today, Team Rocket was seen flying over Johto. Later on, random tragedies occurred. Large numbers of Jiggly Puff have been sighted by the police. Items have been vanishing from Poke Marts. More whirlpools have appeared. What is going on? The Pokemon League is desperately searching for an answer.

Due to the increase of Jiggly Puff population, people are becoming drowsy and yawn more people are getting in wrecks and (crash) tripping over potholes. (WAAAAAH!)

There are limited store poke-balls and potions. Five masterballs have been reported missing. When is this going to stop? What are they going to do next?
