Even time cannot stop the manifestation of true evil.

The innocent tune of childhood echoed against the hollowed walls of time. The charming melody stopped only to meet the whispers 'ashes, ashes' before picking up again.

She walked with the sold confidence of someone way past her years, her bare feet almost denying gravity with every step. The remains of the fire were evident from her scorched white hospital pants to the tattered ends of what was left of a hospital gown. It was burt up to her belly button, sliced across her shoulder, and hung from her body loosely, a perfect tribute to the medical care system.

'Ashes, ashes.'

With Clockwork out doing whatever the master of the time stream does it gave her the perfect opportunity to find her…souvenir. And with the rooms starting to become colder and colder she felt that soon she would come upon her destination. Soon revenge would be hers.

Finally she came upon the time portal, "if I'm correct then my little friend should be here somewhere…" she muttered to herself. She brushed her ghostly white hair away from her ear –her hair was like a backward model of Frankenstein's bride with one black streak running from her roots down to her curled ends- pulling an old earring from her ear.

The ring cast a radiant green glow in the white palm of her hand. "Perfect for ghost hunting," she smiled at the clueless front of her grandfather's words. She titled her head to the left examining the ghost ring, if he had any idea what he had created then she wouldn't be there, she would be at home, buried, six-feet under.

A sudden chill crept up her spin and she turned to see the cause of the dictating power. There sitting almost like a present on a clock wound table was the thermos. "Ashes, ashes we all fall down," a pleased smile grazed the black lips of the ghost girl before shattering back to reality. "Now how do I work this thing?"

Placing the ring carefully over the thermos she stepped back a little before loosing the lid. Like she had expected a gust of wind bellowed from the container accompanied by a haunting laughter.

Dark Danny emerged from the thermos stronger then ever unnoticing of the green ring around his neck. "Who dares to free me from my prison?" he laughed his piercing green eyes scanning the room.

"Don't remove the ring," she breathed from the shadows.

"Come out and face your doom with what little dignity you have left," his smile faded as he noticed the ring for the first time.

"It was designed to peel the ghost out of Halflings but I find that if I put it on a full ghost it will just erase them from time. So don't take it off or you'll end up like the others."

"Who are you and what do you want?" dark Danny asked as he ran his fingers around his new necklace.

Stepping out of the shadows she looked her new pet in the eyes, "just dropped by to say hi….dad."
