Once upon a time in a land not so far away called London there was a lovely castle where a beautiful princess named Rose lived.
Rose's dad, the king, perished in a carriage accident when Miss Rose was a very small princess. Queen Jackie, her mum, took over and raised Princess Rose up to be a wonderful and clever princess.
Queen Jackie hoped her daughter would find a charming prince to marry Princess Rose and produce lots of beautiful grandbabies, and they could rule the kingdom one day, but Princess Rose couldn't bring herself to marry. She started work in a small shop to busy herself, and in the meantime dated a nice young knight named Sir Mickey.
The three of them lived in the castle like that until Princess Rose was 19 years old. It was then when she met the enigmatic Sir Doctor of Tardis, a rather chipper man with a strange past.
Princess Rose was entranced by this Sir Doctor character who invited her to return to his place called Tardis.
When Queen Jackie got word of Sir Doctor she was terribly worried and frightened because her precious daughter was running off with some lowly peasant with no authority. Sir Mickey was frightened to death of the whole thing and let the feisty Princess do as she pleased.
Sir Doctor showed Princess Rose wondrous places she'd only dreamed of, shared with her the glory and brilliance that life could be and how perfectly everything worked, and told her magical and fantastic stories of his people and others all over the land.
Princess Rose found herself infatuated with Sir Doctor, and Sir Doctor loved Princess Rose's selfless compassion and cleverness. They fell in love, despite Queen Jackie's worries and poor Sir Mickey's fears.
Sir Doctor, being as clever as he was, promised Queen Jackie Princess Rose's safety, and with that Queen Jackie finally and reluctantly blessed their love. Sir Doctor shared to Princess Rose his darkest, loneliest secrets, for she had made him better.
They were very happy traveling together all across the land, searching eagerly for adventure and mystery, not a care in the world what might befall them as long as they were together.
But one adventure, the pair came across an interesting stretch of mountains that seemed impossibly high. There seemed to be some quarrel concerning the mountains, so the lovers naturally went to check it out. There had been invasions from the land beyond the mountains into the peaceful land on the other side, and in the middle of the two lands was a horrific trench called the Void compared to Hell itself.
Sir Doctor and Princess Rose worked to a way to stop the invasions for good- but it was dangerous for them both. Queen Jackie and Sir Mickey were the first to cross over the mountains, a dangerous mission not to be made twice, to reach the peaceful land on the other side, begging Princess Rose to come with.
Sir Doctor bade Princess Rose off to the safe castle with her mum, but Princess Rose stubbornly refused. Sir Doctor hesitantly allowed her to help, worrying for her safety. He had promised her mother, and he was a man of trustworthiness.
Finally, when the plan was nearly complete Princess Rose lost her footing on one mountain cliff and nearly fell to her death into Hell, until a noble father-like General on the other side of the mountains stopped her fall and saved her.
But Princess Rose was trapped on the other side, separated from her Sir Doctor forever.
When they both realized how they could never be together again, Sir Doctor forced himself to leave the mountain side and continue traveling alone as he had done before Princess Rose.
Although she had lost her love, Princess Rose lived in a safe castle with her mum and Sir Mickey, but she stubbornly continued to fight for a way back to Sir Doctor.
