Kevin sighed as he leaned against the tree - his arms wrapped tightly across his chest. His eyes watching as the raven haired angry girl was pacing in front of him.
"I simply don't get it. I simply don't get it." Veronica stopped and turned on her feet to glare into the brown eyes of Kevin. "Seriously what the actual fuck?"
"You are like a broken record Veronica," Kevin sighed tiredly. "Honesty it's the same old with you."
"If I'm boring you Kevin Keller then you can get the hell away from me." Veronica growled low in her throat. "I don't need you in my life."
"I don't ditch my friends." Kevin spoke staring into Veronica's eyes. "Even if they just keep ranting about the same boring things over and over again."
"Betty isn't boring!" Veronica stormed.
Kevin's lips lifted to the right. "Now you are finally getting to the real issue here." He shook his head. Veronica had been doing the same old dance routine for weeks now ... never truly opening up and talking to him. He was happy that she finally was in a place where she trusted him to finally open up and vocally talking to him.
Angry tears welled up in her eyes. "Mama Alice has programmed Betty so well that Betty thinks that she deserves fifth best." Her fists clench across her sides. "Betty believes that she deserves to be last in Archie's heart and soul. That she deserves to be used by Jughead as he decides one day after another if he wants to be in a relationship with her." She turned and stormed away.
Kevin watched silently as she quickly moved future away. He sighed deeply as his heart hurt for the problems of his friends.
