I walked into Hollywood Arts middle school and saw the gang sitting by the lockers. Andre was playing his guitar, Cat was playing with a stuffed animal, Robbie was talking to Rex, and Tori was sitting on Beck's lap? Something is wrong here.
"Jadey!" Cat exclaims as she sees me walking towards them.
"Yeah hey," I replied. I want to ask Tori why she's sitting on Beck but I probably shouldn't bring it up.
"The grunch looks upset," says Rex. Mother of god I hate that puppet. Why can't Robbie see he's not real. I punched Rex in stomach.
"What's wrong Jade?" Andre asked concerned.
"Im fine why?" I asked back.
"You seem weirded out today," Tori says matter of factly. Tori is another person I hate except for Rex. Even though Rex isn't a person but whatever.
"Wait, why are you sitting on Beck?" I asked. They better tell the truth or else they'll get some scissors in their eyes.
"Wait, you didn't hear yet? Me and Tori are dating," Beck says excitedly. WHAT!? I have had a crush on Beck for years and Tori decides to take my place once again.
"Do you have anyone to go to the dance with?" Robbie asked. I have an idea.
"No, and don't you be getting any ideas," I say to Robbie. My idea is now out into place. All I need to do now is tell Cat.
ring ring ring
"Hello?" Cat asked.
"Cat it's me, Jade," I say sternly.
"Jadey! Hi! What's up?!" Cat says in her usual excited self.
"Listen, Cat, I have no time to talk. Now listen to me," I say to Cat.
"Okay..." Cat says scared. I tell Cat about my plan on what were going to do at the Easter Dance.
"Oh, okay! I'm in!" Cat says. Now I have her on board.
The music is loud, everyone is dancing, and everyone is having a good time. I spot Beck and Tori far away dancing with each other. Tori is wearing a strapless red dress with rhinestones along the neckline and the bottom of the dress. Tori is also wearing a pearl necklace to accent the dress. Beck is matching with a black tuxedo with the color red underneath.
"Ready Cat?" I ask.
"Ready!" Cat replies enthusiastically.
"Okay up next singing karaoke is Cat and Jade singing 'You Belong With Me' by Taylor Swift" Sikowitz announces. Cat and I approach the microphone stands while the music turns on. I start to sing the first line and Beck is already starring at me. Throughout the whole song Beck is starring at me. Cat and I sing the last line of the song and the crowd goes wild! I approach the rest of the gang
"You did great!" Beck says enthusiastically.
"Thanks," I say stubbornly.
"Do you wanna go out?" Beck asked. Beck Oliver is asking me out! The guy I had a crush on for years! It's time to make my move.
"Yes!" I say excitedly.
"Wait, I thought we were going out?" Tori says angrily.
"Yeah, not anymore," Beck says. I smile a Tori slyly as she runs out the door. I Jade West is now with Beck Oliver
