When Bella Cullen looks at her daughter, she sees an angel.

A gorgeous young woman with perfect ivory skin and cheeks the color of flower petals. She adores her daughter's eyes;beautiful, brown orbs that were once her own. She sees her perfect little girl, the daughter every woman dreams of. She's always praising Renesmee's looks and telling her how refined and feminine she is. But she never speaks of her daughter fights at school,or the fact that she's been expelled 15 times.

Edward Cullen sees Renesmee as an addition, something he never really desired. But the girl is a welcome extra. He too loves her appearance;the way she resembles his wife, his dearest Bella, his beloved. Yet when Renesmee wants to talk or asks his attention after she's been assaulted again at school,he ignores her and thinks of her as a spend time with his daughter when he can spend it with his wife instead?

Jacob Black sees the girl that will be his fututre wife. Something that will be all his soon. He doesn't seem to notice how the bride-to-be cringes everytime he touches her. He's too cosumed with his passion and his desire to touch her. It slips his mind that Renesmee has a will of her own.

Rosalie Hale sees a convenient surrogate for the child she'll never have herself. Rose's delighted with the fact that Renesmee is nearly as beautiful as she herself is. She choses to ignore those damn brown eyes, inherited from the woman she hates the most. Soon, soon Renesmee will realise who her true mother is.

And Renesmee?

She sees the curse that her beauty really is, she sees the reason why she's bullied at school. After all, humans are rather jealous beings. It is the reason that got her in this mess, why everyone forgets she has a brain and mind of her own. She ignores Jacobs flirtations and her mothers shallow remarks. Sometimes she fantasises of grabbing a pair of scissors and poke her eyes out, just so she won't have to see those cursed brown irises.

She sees the creature past the angel's desguise.
