It has been 8 long months since I'm seen my beautiful Bella.
The chief isn't home and she is all alone in her room. I just want to check on her. If she's happy I'll leave. I wont cause her anymore pain or discord.
I climbed the same tree that I used to climb so very long ago to sneak into her bedroom.
I perched myself on a branch and peered in. It surprised me that she had rearranged her bedroom and now had a small piano facing the window.
She got up from her window and started playing.
The tune was beautiful but filled sadness, pain, and grief.
Bella:
I'm so tired of being here

Tears began to stream down her beautiful face. Just as I was about to go in and apologize and bare my soul to her as to why I left, a boy walked in. He looked no older than 17.
He immediately sat himself next to Bella and wrapped his arms around her.
"Just let go Bella," he whispered soothingly, "Just let them go. Please don't cry."
She wrapped her arms around his waist and said, "I know Jake. It seems I'm gonna have to. I guess they aren't coming back."
I jumped down from the tree and ran.
And as the sobs wracked through my body I whispered, "I'm so sorry Bella."
