Do I LOOK like I'm a wealthy Japanese man? Do I even look Japanese? I don't even look Asian! Anyone who could ever think I OWNED Yugioh, would definitely need to hand over the drugs. I've been sitting on this one for a while, but have been too afraid to put it up. But with my sister telling me it was awesome and tons of editing I'm letting it go. *crosses fingers* Please be good please be good please be good. Based off Season 0 which was not released in the USA on accounts of being too violent. Good thing youtube isn't just American :)

A small 5 year old child sat alone in a sandbox at a lonely park. No one sat near him or played with him. What few kids there were avoided him. And he knew it.

He watched with wide chocolate eyes as one kid grabbed a handful of dirt and sticks and threw it at the other. The second one yelled and threw a handful back at him. Soon they had engaged in a mini good natured war. No one ever plays with me like that, the boy thought. I wish I had friends. Lots of friends. People to play with. People who like me.

6 years later

The same boy, dressed in a suit and tie, stood around in a large hall looking bored. His father had come back from an archeological dig in Egypt and the museum was throwing a big fancy party that he had to attend. The fabric of the cloth was hot and suppressing and the tie made him feel like he was about to be hung. He had seen movies were people got hung. They scared him. He had had nightmares for weeks after, continuously thinking of the feeling of falling then a violent pull and sudden death, if you were lucky. He shivered, despite the heat.

"Ryou!" a voice called. He turned hopefully, thinking that maybe someone wanted to play with him, but it was just his father. "I found something when I was in Egypt and I thought, my boy would like this. I felt as if you needed to have it," he pulled out a golden ring with a triangle in the middle embossed with a golden eye. 5 golden spikes hung off the ring and the whole thing hung on a chord. "Do you like it?"

The boy stared at it. It looked pretty but for some reason it gave him the shivers.

"Apparently it has the power to grant wishes if you really want them."

The deep brown eyes looked up. Wish? It could give him friends? He wanted friends more than anything else in the world.

"I love it father."

"Good," his father put the ring around his neck and walked off to talk with yet another man in a suit. The boy took the ring off and stared at it, making a silent wish.

"Someday I want to be with lots of friends. I don't have any friends right now and people pick on me. Please give me friends. Please grant me my wish." He stared at the ring for a bit until it started glowing. Scared, put the ring back on and stared down at it, but the golden glow was gone. As he looked he could almost hear a nightmarish voice speaking softly like a purring cat about to pounce.

"That you'll have my host. That you'll have."

Ryou: I did your stupid fic. Now hand over the cash.

Me: Fine. *hands over $500 in Monopoly money* Hmm, I need to stop thinking up stories about you and Bukura. I'll go bankrupt soon. And I really hate it when my sister wins. Please review!
