Matt sat, cuddled up next to Al on the couch ready to watch Al's favourite movie, Aladdin. He felt strong fingers stroking his hair mindlessly. Matt looked up to see Al smirking down at him. He gave a soft smile back and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. The movie had started but Al's mind was more focused on the smaller man currently curled up in his arms.
They had been for nearly a year now. It had been rocky at first. Matt, Al's brother, was against their relationship from the start. Matthew was one of his closest friends and Matt would be damned if Al was going to corrupt him. They had fought, both verbally and physically, until Matthew deemed it was time to step in. He looked matt in the eyes and promptly told him not to worry and that he could handle himself.
Since then everything had been working well. Al was always the first one up, and Matthew would open his eyes to see his smiling boyfriend looking at him with loving eyes. They'd shared secret kisses, and small butt grabs in Al's case. He had felt so lucky to have this Matthew. He made sure Al was well taken care of and loved and in return Al showered Matthew in non-stop attention and affection.
He loved everything about the soft blond on top of him. He loved his caring personality, the bright violet eyes, and soft golden, and how he could get so fierce during hocky season.
A soft snore snapped him out of his trance, and he looked down the see the man had fallen asleep. Giving out a small chuckle, he turned the t.v off, picked up Matthew, and climbed up the stairs to settle down for a good nights sleep with his beautiful little Canadian.
