Yello! It's WhiteChocolateAngel, reporting from Clearwater,FL with a new Cat-centric/Bat story! This might be a two-shot, might be multichapter. Depends on how I go with it. KK, enjoy (and review?) Love, WCA
Cat capped the Essie Cloud Nine nail polish after giving herself a manicure. She stared out at the ocean ahead of her, abandoned her Fuzzini bag, and walked across the powder soft sand.
When she reached the water, there were tiny shell pieces scraping at her exfoliated feet, reminding her of a 5th grade science lesson about how rocks make sand by weathering and deposition and yada. She never liked rocks much, they were so harsh, but they created this soft, soft sand.
It reminded her of Jade, who was so harsh and cold, but she made Beck so happy, so "soft" like this beautiful sand. She saw Beck pick Jade up and run her across half the beach. It was so cute, like they were the same shape puzzle pieces from different puzzles that weren't similar, but they fit together still. She craved Beck, needed him like the world needs rain. But instead, she had Robbie.
It wasn't that she didn't like Robbie, matter of fact, she loved him, like a brother. Unfortunately, his love was more romantic.
Cat'd just been standing there for so long, she didn't even see Beck and Robbie barreling towards her. They scooped her up by hands and feet and brought her to the edge of the ocean.
"1 for the money!"
"2 for the show!"
"3 to get ready!"
"and 4 to GO!"
on GO! they released her and sent her flying into the cold blue depths of the ocean. The water swirled around Cat as she looked underneath the water. She didn't mind being thrown into the ocean, it was kind of relaxing. Beck and Robbie, though got scared and jumped into rescue her. Jade watched from the sidelines, also worried as Cat was her best friend. Beck and Robbie reached her and lifted her out of the invigorating pool.
"Guys, Guys, I'm fine!I liked it in there!"
They set her down on the squishy sand right near the water. Robbie looked petrified. He threw his arms around her, while Cat plastered her arms to her sides, thrown unexpectedly into this awkward position.
"I'm so glad you're OK! I'm sorry we threw you in there!" And he mashed their lips together, giving Cat another weird emotion. She didn't want this, it was weird. It was like a kid trying to shove a square block through a triangular hole. One piece was trying desperately to get through a barrier that wouldn't break. Robbie's tongue requested entrance to her mouth, which she rejected and pulled away. She sneaked a quick peek at Beck who was passionately kissing Jade. She sighed, and Robbie tried to turn her towards him She snapped her head back, simply saying
"No."
