It was a dull May afternoon. Slag was lying by the Ark soaking in the warm sun and the light, cool breeze. This was something rare for Slag; he was rarely this calm or complacent. And when he was in this mode he always preferred to be left alone. Today he was being watched by a litter of baby bunnies. Slag laid still as the little bunnies hoped closer to him. He felt their little noses sniffing his metallic frame. It tickled him, but he dared not laugh or he might frighten the cute little fuzzy bunnies away. The bunnies' fur was so soft that for a brief moment it made him happy. And that small bit of happiness was all slag needed. Then seeing bunnies scamper away from him, Slag quietly said, "Thank you little bunnies."
