Yet Another Zoo Fic

Giles sighed, and started cleaning his glasses. "You're telling me that you believe that Xander and that group of bullies were possessed by animal spirits during your trip to the zoo?"

Buffy nodded. "Ayup!"

"And you're not that worried about getting them completely exorcised, because it's an improvement for Xander?"

Buffy grimaced. "Well, physically, at least. He's less likely to get hurt this way. But... well, there are a few drawbacks..."

Setting his glasses on the desk, Giles rubbed his hand across his eyes. "And just what sort of drawbacks would they be?"

Another voice called out from the library stacks. "Giles, tell Xander to stop hogging the bananas!"

"Grapeape, grapeape. Mmm, nanas!"
