looked you in the eye and saw the guilt that lay their, but I didn't see regret. I turned and headed for the door and you ran behind me just as I was reaching for the doorknob. You grabbed my wrist and looked at me whispering, "Gabby..." your voice filled with hurt and abandonment, as if you actually cared that I was leaving. "Why?" you asked, "Don't you know I love you?"
I pulled away and turned to with a index finger jabbing at your chest, "Liar!" I screeched and turned back towards the door to leave. You grabbed me by my waist and pulled me into your arms, "Let go of me!" I yelled and tried to pull out of your arms.
"No." you said, you weren't yelling like I. You rested your chin on my shoulder and waited for me to stop struggling. When I finally stopped, you allowed a swift moment of silence to past between us before youu spoke again, your breath carressing my neck as you said, "I'm sorry. But, you don't know how hard it is..."
This enraged me, "I don't know how hard it is? Do you know how hard it is? To not cry everytime I find out about one of your hoes? To maintain composer when you flirt with my friends in my FACE? To stay with you because I love you but to keep getting hurt. over and over and OVER again?" I looked at him and saw no regret in his face, only that same simple smirk that set me off. I pulled out my gun from my back pocket, and before he knew what was happening, I shot him right between his eyes.
His dead body fell back and hit the ground with a loud thump. I spit on his face and stomped away.
That was my first kill. And after him, I could never stop.
