It was a warm sunny day. Ash, Misty, and Brock were sitting on the bech watching Tracey Sketchit drown. Togepi was sitting next to Misty wearing sunglasses and drinking Punch. Only Pikachu was doing
anything. He was surfing. Then all of a sudden, a huge wave came without warning, whisking Pikachu off his surf board
and breaking it in half. The surf board, that is. Instinctively, Pikachu swam towards the nearest piece of
what was left of his surf board. Suddenly, a giant whirpool started up and Pikachu started drifting out to
sea.
Then, Pikachu and the piece of wood he was on were lifted into the air by some unknown force. Quietly,
Pikachu crept towards the edge of the piece of wood he was on. What he saw was a Gyarados. Even more
quietly then before, Pikachu crept back to the middle of his surf board. He knew what a Gyarados could do. Pikachu was especially afraid of it's Hyper Beam attack. Then it struck Pikachu. *Hello,* Pikachu thought,
*I'm an electric type pokemon, Gyarados is a water type. All I have to do is shock it.* So that's what Pikachu
did. But all it did was weaken the Gyarados and make it angry. *Uhoh* thought Pikachu. The Gyarados
started charging up it's Hyper Beam and shot it all over the place, knocking dozens upon dozens of flying
type pokemon out of the air. This made a bunch of Pidgeot mad. They flew down and started pecking the
Gyarados. This made the Gyarados even madder. It got ready to use it's Dragon Rage. The Pidgeots noticed this and flew away. Only a few minutes laterdid Pikachu realize why. A gigantic Pidgeot was flying down
towards the Gyarados. But this Pidgeot wasn't brown, it as bronze. It used a Quick Attack that knocked
the Gyarados out. Then it started flying towards shore. Pikachu realized this and jumped as far as he could
He made it to the Pidgeot and flew away to Ash and the rest of the gang. *Boy, I never want to go surfing
again.* Pikachu thought.
