This story is based in the Ocarina of Time universe with Zelda!Kurt and Link!Blaine!
That being said, I will use words that Zelda fans are familiar with, such as 'keese' and 'skullfos'. If you don't know what a word is/means feel free to ask me! (jellyfisher2. tumblr. com)
And just to let you know, I'm using some elements from the manga.
"...I though I was a goner at that point! Fire was everywhere and I was burned pretty bad, but then I remembered I had a fairy! So she healed me and then I continued fighting Volvgia." Blaine said, recalling his thrilling fight. It had been a difficult one, mostly because of the flames.
On the bed in front of him Prince Kurt was hanging onto every word. He was like that every time Blaine told a story.
"I finally defeated it after about the fifth whack on the head. It melted into a heart container and the blue light- I still have no idea where it comes from, I'm assuming it's a goddess's doing- appeared and I left."
"Wow! That's really cool!" Kurt sat up on his bed. "I wish I could go around and fight monsters too..."
"With Ganondorf gone, there aren't anymore monsters to fight though."
"I know..."
"You should be happy! That means Hyrule is at peace."
Kurt sighed. "I know. But still! To have an adventure, like the ones you tell me, sounds like it would be a blast."
The hero looked thoughtful for a moment before saying. "I'm going to let you in on a secret. You did."
Kurt's eyes widened. "What!?"
"Yep! You went by the name Sheik and you pretended to be a Sheikah! I don't really know all of what you did, but you helped me out a lot!"
The prince took a moment to process the new information. "How did I help?"
"Well, you'd teach me songs that teleported me to the temple's entrance. You helped me though the desert and saved me from the Gerudo Hideout." He left out the part about it being Kurt's fault that he was there in the first place. "And you protected the Triforce for seven years! That has to count for something."
Kurt was quiet again before asking, "Did I look cool?"
"The coolest."
