Title: Kira of the Sky, but this is just a preview of
my actual Gundam SEED story that I haven't named yet. It will take
place after the Gundam SEED OVA. My second fic will pick up after this
one and the Gundam SEED Destiny series and OVA. Also if you haven't
heard the news yet. The Gundam SEED Destiny OVA will be forty-five
minutes long and they're thinking of a third Gundam SEED series that
will be named Gundam SEED Eternal. Well that's all for now please
review my preview and stay tuned for my works.
Point of View: Lacus
Pairing: Kira X Lacus
Kira of the Sky
You have folded your
wings and wrapped them with silk.
You continue to chain them with the
strongest links.
I understand your pain; I understand you suffering,
but your binding yourself to the ground.
You give me the keys to the
locks on your wings, telling me 'it's alright', or 'it's
okay'.
I know differently and that's why you game them to me.
It's not over and it won't be okay.
I put the final lock on and
you leave with all your pain.
Your stride seems slow and forced, but
no wonder with the load you put on.
You speak with a low and steady
voice, 'loose them because I'll never need them again'.
You
walk out the door and onto the beach, perching yourself at your spot.
I watch from the doorway with tears in my eyes clutching my chest.
A
resonating sound beats hard in my heart.
You word are not true I have
seen this for sure.
So I put the keys away in a safe place, knowing
full well the path it will make you take.
If I could, I would, throw
them away, because you would be flying the sky so clearly.
But for
now, I will cry, and stand by your side, knowing full well the path I
will take.
You bounded yourself to the earth, the ground, but one day
you won't be; you can't be.
And if that day come and you decide
not to fly, don't worry I won't force you, hopefully there will
be no reason to.
But a storm lies far on the horizon, can you see it?
Can you feel it?
What will you do when it comes?
For now you wish to
live in this style of life.
I won't push; I won't pull you out of
it.
But eventually I fear I may be gone to, so don't hate me for I gave it all up to you.
Time will just wear on me and Death himself
will come knocking.
But I'll leave a not for you to find them if
I'm gone.
So please fly again in the heavens that suit you so well.
Be at peace with your soul.
The blood on your hands had dried and
washed away.
The memory remains but soon it will fade.
Don't hold
onto the past.
Look forward to the future.
For time itself is chasing
after us.
I fear I may be gone soon.
So won't you please, unbind
your wings?
Fly so high that no one can touch you, hurt you, or speak
painful things to you.
The man you have become is quite sad indeed.
So fly with freedom and reach the sky that is you, yourself.
