I was in a forest. There was a creek and lots of trees and the ground was covered in leaves. The sun shone through the spaces in the trees and a brisk breeze blew through them, rustling the crunchy ones on the ground. It was relaxing and fresh. Suddenly, a strange whirring noise broke me from my reverie. Looking around, I saw a blue figure fading in and out of focus a few meters away. Oddly enough, I didn't find this weird, almost like I was used to it. Which I was. When it stopped making the noise, a funny man in a tweed jacket and red bowtie bounced out. "Hallo!" he said, grinning maniacally. "Been a while, hasn't it?" "Oh, it's only been what, six years?" I laughed back. "Yeah, sorry 'bout that" he murmured as he furrowed his brow. "Anyway!" he shouted, abruptly smiling once again, with a twinkle in his eye. "We should get going, we don't have much time!" "Oh, trust me, we have plenty of time," I smirked. (SEDUCTIVELY)

"I can't believe you forgot where you parked the TARDIS," I grumbled, my feet aching. The Doctor narrowed his eyes and pursed his lips. Those perfect, luscious lips. We were walking along North Santa Cruz in downtown Los Gatos. Suddenly, he veered to the left, going straight into Powell's Sweet Shoppe. I let him browse the extensive candy selection for a few minutes, but I had to drag him out, reprimanding him slightly. "Oh no, you don't. If this is what you're like normally, I do NOT want to see you all jacked up on sugar!" "BUT BUT" "NO." Honestly, it's like I'm travelling with a child. A thousand-year-old child, but still a child. I sighed deeply and continued to pull him down the street, eyes watching for even the tiniest bit of blue.

Running. Why are we always running? And hiding? I had hoped that some things had changed in our time apart, but alas, that was not the case. Currently, we were hiding in the cellar of a withered old farm house. I's green shutters were falling apart, and the white paint was peeling off the walls. "Who are we even hiding from?" I nudge the Doctor. Apparently, I put more force into it than I thought because he almost falls over. "Hush I'm trying to listen." "For WHAT? For WHO? You never tell me anything, I've gotten quite sick of it," I say, in the most disgruntled voice I could muster without speaking above a whisper. "No need to whisper yell," he says playfully, which in my mind was completely inappropriate for our situation. All of a sudden, the Doctor throws the door open and roughly pulls me up and out, around the corner of the house. "I was listening⦠for this!" He points and smiles proudly, one hand on his hip and looking at me expectantly. "You were listening for a wall," I say blankly. He looks confused for a moment, and looks around wildly, before focusing back on me. "Corner of your eye, dearie." (don't judge me I was watching Once Upon a Time) I looked again, but this time from my peripheral vision, and I see it. The TARDIS. Hiding in plain sight. "Well, isn't this a pleasant surprise!" I breathe with immense relief. "We should probably get inside before they get backā¦" The Doctor takes out his key and quickly opens the door, ushering me inside. "Before wh-" "Not now," he interrupts. He races up to the console and swiftly punches in some coordinates. Before I know it the TARDIS has taken off in its usual bumpy way and we were on our way to Paris.
