True Confessions 3

In the study room Ciel Phantomhive was finishing up his final papers. A light knock was heard, as he allowed whoever knocked to enter.
"The guest is coming soon." Sebastian notifies.
"Alright." He smiled happily, excited for his friend's arrival soon.
Sebastian took notice of Ciel's smile, and smiled as well. The boy blushed looking down back at his paper work, dismissing Sebastian.
For a while as Ciel continued doing his work he couldn't concentrate. His heart knew it goes crazy for Sebastian whenever he's close by.
~Flashback~
Ciel rings up Sebastian to his room one fall afternoon. Knocking on the door, Ciel allows him in. Wondering what Ciel wanted he bowed respectfully.
"…T-tie my shoelaces…"
"Yes, my lord." He kneeled on one leg, doing what he was told but taking his time.
Ciel couldn't take his eye away from Sebastian. Noticing his palms sweating, and face heating up he knew it had been happening a lot for the past week or two.
"All done young master."
"…Y-you may go n-now…" immediately running back to his big chair. He turned it around facing the window.
Sebastian confused took his leave letting Ciel know. The door closes and Ciel feels his chest tightening.
~End Flashback~
"I can't deny these feelings for Sebastian…" Ciel sighed.
Sebastian heard the admittance from his master as he knocked on the door. 'I have feelings for you too, young master…'
Opening the door he knew that Ciel allowed their entering. Mikito smiled waving at Ciel, as he walked up to him. Hugging his good friend Ciel surely felt loved by his friend. Ciel as Sebastian loved their friendship joining in the hug too.
