When the sun dawns on tomorrow

And you must face the day without me,

Will you find the strength to rise?

When you look upon the world,

Will you see opportunity for a new day?

Or will tears again fill your eyes?

Will you think back on the memories

Of all the times we've shared?

Or wish there was something you'd have said?

Will you remember all the time of past?

All the times both good and bad?

Don't cry, but smile instead.

Just speak to me; I'll hear your thoughts;

I'll never be too far away;

I could never really leave you.

You've stood by me when I've needed you most,

And I'm here for you still;

You have been my love so true.

So in the gentle breeze that touches your face

Or in the white snow that softly drifts down,

I will be there.

Holding you through the storm

And in the rising sun of tomorrow,

I will be with you forever and everywhere.
